Dash Skirt

This skirt has a turned under hemline (very now!) and a soft stretch basque waistband. The fabric is a lovely combination of subtle spots and crushed texture (hmm sounds a bit funny – it’s definitely nicer than it sounds..) worn with our new Ruffle Petticoat showing at the bottom.
